This classes is an abbreviated version of Amelia's Flex and Flow classes. We will warm up with mindfulness movements, do one compound strength movement with weights, and then build into dynamic yoga flows. Over the course of the series you will build strength in a focused way to be able to see your improvements in strength and flexibility. To support your practice you will have access to Amelia's on demand library of Flex and Flow classes so that you can practice additionally at home.
