Join us for a gentle, all-levels yoga class. 100% of proceeds benefit Friends of Sausal Creek, supporting the conservation, restoration, and enhancement of our local watershed.
We will begin class with gentle reclining stretches and breath work, and then move into more dynamic standing poses. We will end together with a short meditation and rest.
