In this class we focus on strength training for the first half hour using weights and resistance bands and then move into our yoga practice. Over the course of the month you will build strength in a focused way to be able to see your improvements in strength and flexibility.  To support this class, Amelia will provide one prerecorded class to take at home once a week throughout the month.
